More about the interim manager

The interim manager is a proven expert in the optimization of production and related areas in the manufacturing industry - from SMEs to corporations. In his most recent mandates, the doctor of engineering in plastics technology has repeatedly led critical projects onto the green path as a troubleshooter. His industry focus is on plastics technology - whether in the automotive, plastics or renewable energy sectors. His specialist focus is on fiber-reinforced plastics (GRP/CFRP) and plastics processing. He takes on mandates as a project manager as well as temporary plant management and C-level roles.

In one of his most recent mandates, he was able to secure the endangered SOP of a structural component at a Tier 2 supplier within six weeks, thus preventing imminent production stoppages at a premium-class sports car manufacturer. In previous mandates, he also repeatedly saved the start of production at automotive suppliers for German premium suppliers.

Despite his special expertise in the plastics industry, the interim manager has successfully completed several projects in other sectors. As a technical manager and plant manager, he has structured productions and optimized processes - always with demonstrable success in terms of productivity and results.

The interim manager has been working freelance in the field of engineering since 2007. Due to his career and diverse mandates, he is very well able to quickly analyze the current state of production processes, develop suitable solutions and implement them in a team.

Both clients and project participants attest to the interim manager's high resilience, the necessary assertiveness and empathetic leadership. One of his strengths lies in building networks. He has excellent contacts with material suppliers, plant manufacturers and test centers, which he is happy to put at the service of his clients.
