More about the interim manager
As an internationally experienced process architect, the interim manager is an expert in the comprehensive description of complex business processes and their implementation in IT systems. Two focal points of his work are processes for the sale of system solutions and digital products. Due to his experience (including DeTe-Systems and T-Systems) and his experience abroad (especially Eastern Europe, China, Brazil), the interim manager is predestined for use in corporate projects as well as for tasks in medium-sized companies. Since the beginning of 2021, the interim manager has been offering his expertise as a freelance expert and consultant.
The interim manager has mastered the entire range of process architecture: from process mapping, modeling and documentation to implementation in IT, process rollout with process training, implementation and measurement of process KPIs and continuous process improvement.
He has extensive practical experience with CRM systems, in particular Salesforce, SAP CRM and process design in the form of WKD, EPK and Swimlanes (mainly in ARIS). In operational implementation, he uses classic project management methods (Six Sigma, Kanban) just as confidently as agile project management (Design Thinking, Scrum).
In his career, the engineering graduate has worked in technical sales at Schenk AG in Darmstadt, among others. For DeTeSystem, he developed price models and calculation methods for data services as well as in the sales monitoring department. At T-Systems International, he built up the sales reporting. Later, he was responsible for the overall process model of the T-Systems Digital Division.
The interim manager loves to make complex issues tangible. And then structuring them so that they are easy to handle. One of the interim manager's particular strengths lies in translating requirements into a language that is understandable for everyone involved. In this way, he ensures that users, decision-makers and technical experts develop a common terminology and pull together in the right direction.
