More about the interim manager
The interim manager is a senior executive in the areas of supply chain, logistics and distribution. As a native Dutch-English speaker, he was practically born with an international perspective on cross-border flows of goods. His special feature: above-average implementation expertise with over 30 years of professional experience in multiple industries.
Most of his mandates involve the development of supply chain and logistics organizations - also by setting up new specialist departments. He is responsible for the entire transformation process: from defining the change objectives through to successful completion.
The interim manager's clients are manufacturers as well as wholesalers and retailers from various sectors, including the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the automotive aftermarket and the sporting goods industry.
Global change management in turbulent times
The global economy is changing. The distribution and logistics industry is also facing enormous challenges: Increased demands for ESG - in Germany in the form of the Supply Chain Obligations Act - are faced with unabated fierce competition and highly complex supply chains. Reliable change management is therefore becoming increasingly important.
This is another reason why clients value the natural authority of the interim manager. They act convincingly at all levels of an organization, from C-level to the store floor. And they can build strong relationships with all project stakeholders. Pragmatism and respect for established structures help here. And Dutch humor.
