More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an expert in production optimization in special machine construction and series production. He covers a wide range: from the bus factory in India to the production of insulation panels in Europe. The experienced plant manager seeks mandates in medium-sized industry. He is also available for assignments abroad.

In his most recent assignment, the interim manager created value stream analyses for a Danish group, which enabled the production volume to be increased by ten percent within two months. In another project, he fundamentally realigned material procurement, logistics, maintenance and the work preparation department at a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders, thereby winning back customers and investors for the company. His biggest tasks include a greenfield project in India, where he designed a bus factory for Scania, managed the construction and set up the production of India's safest coach.

Expertise in complex production with a wide range of variants

The interim manager (self-employed since 2022) is an internationally experienced plant manager with broad experience from medium-sized corporate plants. His strength lies in the production of complex products with a wide range of variants, which he is very familiar with from the production of buses and commercial vehicles. Thanks to his work in the hydraulics and process industry, he also has very good knowledge of series production and productivity optimization.

Thanks to his pragmatic approach and intercultural skills honed in international assignments, combined with clear communication, the interim manager is quickly recognized as a leader. This is helped by the fact that he leads and coaches on an equal footing. He encourages independence, but can also lend a hand. He does not put off decisions until later. Nevertheless, he attaches great importance to responding to different interests, making decisions as a team and involving employee representatives in good time. In this way, he turns managers and employees into stakeholders who work together to bring about the success of change projects.
