In another project, he fundamentally realigned material procurement, logistics, maintenance and the work preparation department at a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders, thereby winning back customers and investors for the company. His biggest tasks include a greenfield project in India, where he designed a bus factory for Scania, managed the construction and set up the production of India's safest coach.
