From a consulting project, he moved to a corporate group as Manager Training and Development, developed an internal European training academy and supported managers at the European plants in their role with management audits and coaching. Global challenges were successfully implemented when he moved to the Group's headquarters with the design and introduction of a global performance management system and the introduction and supervision of further global leadership programs. He has an excellent network in Germany and worldwide.
