More about the interim manager
In addition to her expertise in corporate communications and marketing communications, the interim manager has many years of experience in project management. She has successfully completed major projects, which she has managed or supported, at large corporations such as Deutsche Bahn AG, E.ON SE and METRO AG. As part of the "Zukunft Bahn" project group at DB AG, she was responsible for the area of internal communication and played a key role in taking the topic "into the field", i.e. to the locations. Last year, she was the external project manager responsible for raising awareness of DB's social intranet, DB Planet and the new employer branding campaign ("Welcome, you fit in with us") within the Group and provided external support with various communication tools in different channels.
In addition to project management, all projects involved balanced stakeholder management (internal and external, with customers and journalists) and corresponding evaluation. Most of the projects she supervised were board-driven and therefore particularly KPI-relevant.
In addition to this project expertise, she also gains daily experience with suitable and current communication projects and the resulting measures with her GmbH and the clients she supports.
