More about the interim manager
As an experienced professional with many years of specialist and management expertise, the interim manager bridges vacancies in marketing and sales functions. She loves to think her way into her clients' challenges with a great deal of commitment. She reviews marketing strategies and develops them further to suit the target group.
She takes a professional external view of the marketing mix and marketing structure and manages the marketing measures as required - either with the client's agency or, if desired, with her own established outsourcing partners.
The interim manager also has experience in transformation and digitalization processes. She guides her clients through reorganizations and supports the teams in developing the roadmap, defining the goals and key results and achieving them.
In sales, she provides support in optimizing the sales funnel - from lead generation to long-term customer retention. She trains sales staff and enjoys picking up the phone herself. She is not afraid of cold calls.
Born in the beautiful Eifel region, she was born into contact with customers: Her parents had a bakery with a café, so her childhood was spent between the store and the bakery. From an early age, she not only baked strawberry and plum cakes, but also enjoyed serving customers in the café.
Since 2018, the business administration graduate has been supporting her clients as an interim manager and consultant. Her marketing and sales mandates have taken her to companies in the IT, healthcare, media and finance sectors, among others.
She is a resilient, loyal and empathetic manager who knows how to adapt quickly to new topics and organizational structures.
After studying business administration and spending time abroad, she started her career at one of the leading media companies. As Head of Customer Loyalty, she introduced an intelligent customer card - a novelty in the publishing industry at the time. As Head of Marketing, she moved to a well-known publishing house in Düsseldorf, where she realigned the marketing department and was responsible for an in-house agency.
After 13 years in media companies, she moved to an energy supplier where, as Head of Marketing, she oversaw the brand process, among other things. She was responsible for the brand process for a statutory health insurance company, which was given a new name and a striking new positioning. As Head of Marketing and Sales Management, she also worked intensively on the digitalization of CRM processes and advised the sales staff in the regions.
