The interim manager is an expert in operational excellence in industrial production. Prior to that, he was an executive at automotive supplier Schaeffler Technologies for many years, most recently as Vice President Product Lines Chassis.

These activities with numerous international customer projects have given the interim manager excellent expertise in the global supplier industry: from engine, transmission and chassis components to e-mobility, including the aftermarket. Among other things, he has built up a new production site in Hungary (Green Field) and made sites in Europe, Asia (China) and North America commercially successful. Several years on the supervisory board of a start-up in the IT/services sector is another facet of his portfolio.
The graduate engineer (mechanical engineering, RWTH Aachen) offers extensive experience in scalable design as well as in the development and management of small, variant and large-scale production. He guarantees a knowledgeable and safe application of proven methods in the field of operational excellence.
