More about the interim manager

The interim manager is a business economist with a technical background and a strong affinity for IT. He specializes in the design and integration of control systems for production and sales. He is also responsible for setting up controlling structures and supporting SAP projects. Due to his commercial and technical training, he is often commissioned by industry.

During his permanent position, he worked for both a large automotive group and a start-up. This was followed by medium-sized companies, which he supported as Head of Controlling and Commercial Director.

Driven by the desire for self-determination, he became self-employed in 2016. Since then, he has been working as an interim manager. Numerous mandates in a wide range of industries (automotive, mechanical engineering, chemicals, retail, media design, software development) guarantee a high level of practical experience.

He practices a situational management style that is based on working with a wide variety of employees through changing clients. His part-time work as a lecturer at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce underlines his didactic and communication skills. He also appears as a guest speaker at events, such as the Cognos Finance Forum, with specialist presentations on management and control concepts.

What particularly sets him apart is his ability to take on both strategic and operational activities. He never loses sight of the big picture. His solutions are very much geared towards the company's processes. Thanks to his high level of comprehension, he is able to grasp the situation very quickly and implement the necessary measures. As a result, he achieves a high implementation speed with accurate results.

According to the motto: I can't change what I can't measure.
