More about the interim manager
The interim manager does project management. "Only" project management? Yes, that's right, for more than 30 years. His mandates and consultations focus on the assessment and restructuring of projects in distressed situations as well as the establishment and further development of crisis-proof project-supporting organizations. He is happy to take on the operational management of business-critical complex projects and programs.
His extensive consulting expertise ranges from project management offices (PMO) to project portfolio management and internal project management excellence. Numerous certifications, including Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, Scrum Master, PRINCE 2 and ITIL, underpin his comprehensive methodological expertise.
The interim manager combines enthusiasm for ever new challenges with a conviction for a methodical and integrated approach. With passion, professionalism and authenticity, he wants to contribute to making the project world a little bit better for employees and companies.
A business graduate by training, he has gained more than 15 years of knowledge and experience in all business areas and management positions as an independent and employed consultant, manager and managing director.
In 2015, he (re)established his own business with his core expertise in program and project management. Since then, he has been successfully involved in difficult projects, particularly as a restructurer. He can be deployed in a variety of ways, as the mistakes that lead to project crises are often very similar, regardless of the project topic or industry. This is where the interim manager successfully contributes his experience and methodological expertise - and also provides new perspectives from the outside as an external party.
The interim manager is firmly convinced that successful project management is above all a management task. He himself cultivates a collegial and employee-oriented management style with transparent communication. He allows many degrees of freedom in order to promote employees' problem-solving skills, including through agile working in a hybrid environment.
In addition, he is characterized by his willingness and competence to lead in a results-focused environment, whereby he does not shy away from fact-based discourse with his clients.
