More about the interim manager

The Interim Manager is an expert in business development and product development of electronic components in the automotive industry (Tier 1). He supports processes from product specification and product development through to the product portfolio. He also has excellent sales skills. One of his particular strengths is the marketing of products that require explanation.

In one of his most recent projects, the current interim manager played a key role in developing new displays for use in construction machinery and special vehicles (off-highway) for a Tier 1 supplier and turning them into highly successful components of the product portfolio. In another mandate, he succeeded in further developing ultrasonic sensors for a specialized supplier in such a way that new application possibilities arose in driver assistance systems. This provided the company with considerable added value.

Global business development in the automotive supplier industry

Before starting his own business (2023), the industrial engineering graduate was most recently Global Business Development Manager at automotive suppliers Würth Elektronik ICS Manager and Valeo. As a former sales and branch manager and aftersales expert in various market environments, he also has extensive experience in setting up and optimizing sales processes for products that require explanation.

The interim manager's clients benefit in particular from his international experience in the development and sale of complex electronic components, especially for driver assistance systems. Due to the broad cross-section of his tasks in R&D, business development and sales, the interim manager is just as confident in the world of engineers as he is in the boardroom - including in international cooperation. In the past, he has been able to further expand his intercultural skills in development projects in Brazil, China, India, Japan, Korea, the USA and Europe.

Teamwork is the most important key to success for the interim manager. That is why he focuses on the people involved in the projects. His management style is characterized by listening, explaining, involving, encouraging and challenging. Employees, clients and business partners attest to his initiative, assertiveness and determination to succeed.
