More about the interim manager

In his time as a freelancer, the interim manager has been responsible for numerous (strategic) projects since 2005 and has taken on temporary management functions. Prior to this, he spent ten years working internally for well-known corporations and medium-sized companies as a division manager and managing director. His services focus on interim management legal (e.g. interim general counsel), company acquisitions and sales (M&A), post-merger integrations (PMI) and initial public offerings (IPO). Restructurings, joint ventures and the establishment of corporate and management structures in Germany and abroad are further focal points of his work. Outsourcing and insourcing projects as well as compliance (e.g. setting up or optimizing compliance management systems) are also part of his spectrum.

His education in business and law was international: He studied law and economics in Germany (Dr. jur), Switzerland, the USA (LL.M.) and the UK (MBA) as well as completing an internship at the EU Commission in Brussels. While working, he also trained as a state-certified mediator.

The interim manager is characterized by his interdisciplinary and strategic understanding as well as an entrepreneurial perspective. Clients appreciate his team-oriented and solution-focused approach. In addition to his technical and analytical skills, he has strong communication and organizational skills. He is often used as a trustworthy point of contact for company management when discussing and solving overarching tasks. As an interim manager, he loves challenges and complex project situations.
