More about the interim manager
The interim manager specializes in digital transformation projects with particular expertise in the mechanical engineering and insurance sectors. He is characterized by the combination of strategic project management, corporate and tax law know-how and a pronounced affinity for IT. The interim manager is certified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner and Scrum Master in agile project management.
After completing his training as a communications electronics technician specializing in information technology at Siemens AG, he completed his secondary education. During this time, he worked in the insurance industry and later founded a company for the installation of photovoltaic systems. This was followed by a degree in business law at the HTW Berlin and a master's degree in corporate and tax law at the University of Potsdam. He also studied philosophy, finance and law at California State University in the USA. During his studies, he had already been self-employed as a student management consultant since 2011 and has been continuing his self-employment as an interim manager and management consultant since 2015.
In his work, the interim manager takes a structured, methodical and goal-oriented approach and places great value on communication with stakeholders. He is passionate about taking on complex challenges, solving problems and supporting his clients in the implementation of projects.
