More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an internationally experienced marketing professional with special expertise in consumer goods and lifestyle products. Innovation processes, multi-channel business models and digitalization are among the focal points of his work. He is also very successful in exploiting the full potential of brands in all relevant target groups through segmentation, target group analyses and consumer insights.

The interim manager is characterized by a high level of sales proximity. He has successfully increased sales and earnings on several occasions - for example through turnarounds of brand portfolios, uptrading measures and innovative customer loyalty programs.

The interim manager gained his extensive expertise as CMO, Marketing Director and Head of Marketing. After studying international business administration in Germany, England and France with a focus on marketing, he initially worked at Procter & Gamble for nine years. His subsequent roles included Head of Marketing in the SME sector. His geographical responsibilities included up to twelve European countries. His career also took him to England and France. He is fluent in English and French as well as Spanish. He has a good knowledge of Italian and Portuguese, which can be quickly expanded.

However, the interim manager is not limited to the core business of marketing. He is also intensively involved in the internal orientation of companies. In one of his most recent assignments, for example, he supported the development of a new corporate culture. In a genuine bottom-up process with an anonymous employee survey, close cooperation with the works council and the involvement of all locations, a new mission statement was created, which contributed significantly to the motivation of the workforce and a corresponding increase in performance.
