With almost 30 years of experience in blue-chip food companies and other industries, the interim manager is a recognized expert in building and activating brands in start-ups as well as in transformation and restructuring situations.

After a successful career from junior product manager to business unit manager, she decided to become self-employed. Since then, she has successfully managed the development, realignment and implementation of brand and marketing strategies or special topics for more than 20 companies.

But she has also led unusual projects to success: For the sponsoring project "Carrying Owls to Athens", she and the team won the 12th International Sponsoring Award, category 'Innovation'.

In addition to her work as an interim manager, she has trained as an ICF-certified business coach and as a BASI Pilates trainer certified by the German Pilates Association.

Solution-oriented creativity, empathy and humor are her success factors for creating order out of chaos and bringing harmony as well as motivation to dysfunctional teams.
