The interim manager, consultant and pharmacist successfully supports companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology sectors in the areas of marketing, sales and business development. One of his main focuses is complex product launches or product relaunches when market launches fall short of expectations or even fail. He always manages to "steer the ship back on course".

Another focus is on projects that need to be managed across departments or even companies. The interim manager has solved such tasks in an exemplary manner on several occasions. Here he contributes his experience from more than 30 years in the international healthcare and pharmaceutical industry as well as his own entrepreneurial activities. This includes in-depth knowledge of various areas of responsibility and corporate cultures as well as the basic understanding that a company can only function successfully as a network.

The interim manager has been self-employed since 1997 and has successfully managed several companies during this time. As a pharmacist and experienced manager, he has the ability to familiarize himself very quickly with a wide range of specialist topics. With his strong passion for marketing and sales, he has successfully completed numerous consulting and training projects for research-based international corporations as well as medium-sized companies and start-ups. He imparts his knowledge not only in mandates, but also in training courses on marketing and business planning - using both hybrid and purely online formats.

From the interim manager's mandates: For an international pharmaceutical group, he dissolved a business unit and transferred it to another company. In another project, he set up the international marketing team at a medium-sized company, which now coordinates and supports activities in 35 countries. His expertise in the pharmaceutical and medical device market was also highly valued in a business development assignment. A large number of ongoing pipeline projects were first recorded and then evaluated, new product concepts were developed and clear priorities were set for the next steps.

His empathy, his natural enthusiasm for new challenges and his positive attitude have an inspiring effect on his contacts and team members.
