More about the interim manager
The interim manager has excellent experience in supply chain management, primarily in the automotive supply industry. After 25 years in permanent employment and in global management functions, he has been self-employed as a supply chain manager since 2014. He has a rich portfolio of qualifications. As a Six Sigma Deployment Champion and Certified Lean Manager, he is an expert in agile organizational development and modern project management.
In several interim projects, the interim manager has proven his strengths in the restructuring of SCM teams in global corporate structures and medium-sized companies. These included, for example, interim team leadership in production control and the introduction of a process for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
The interim manager has an analytical approach as well as a strong hand-on mentality.
