The interim manager is an experienced expert in the renewable energy market. With his background as an accountant and certified lean manager, as well as his numerous projects in the field of renewable energy generation and marketing, he has the best opportunities to increase the profitability of renewable energy plants.
The interim manager has been working in the renewable energy sector for more than 20 years. He has managed various companies and several business units of a renewable energy group as managing director and navigated them through crises. In his mandates, he has used his business and legal expertise very successfully, particularly with companies that have run into financial difficulties. He knows how to develop viable concepts for restructuring measures in the complicated environment of RE regulation. He implements these approaches with diplomatic skill in negotiations with shareholders, financing banks and contractual partners.
The manager started his career in a medium-sized tax and commercial law firm. Advising young companies and start-ups on setting up and implementing commercial structures was one of the main focuses of his services. He later moved to a well-known venture capital company as commercial director, which invested in ecological companies and renewable energies (investment volume around 60 million euros).
His activities included the integration of two companies at the new Frankfurt am Main location, the development of efficient commercial structures and processes, the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and company valuations of existing and new investment opportunities. He also led the initiation and management of wind, water and solar mutual funds.
The boom in renewable energies led him to a solar module manufacturer, for which he worked as Investor Relations Manager. With his business expertise, he was an important link between the Management Board, shareholders and the financial community. As a project manager, he was responsible for planning the IPO and launching various photovoltaic funds.
He then worked for over ten years as a managing director for various companies and a well-known group in the field of renewable energies. His tasks included setting up and developing a profitable aftersales company with 65 employees and a turnover of around 20 million euros.
In the field of e-commerce, the interim manager advised a B2B platform developer on company expansion and internationalization as well as the development and implementation of sales strategies.
