More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an experienced HR manager. His focus is on the agile and digital development of HR organizations and HR processes. He also has particular expertise in the development and implementation of concepts for reducing personnel costs, management and working time systems as well as compensation & benefits. He is also an accomplished negotiator - particularly in dealing with employee representatives and trade unions. He seeks mandates in these areas as well as being available as a temporary manager for the management of HR departments.

The business administration graduate with many years of management experience stands for modern people management with smart (digital) processes and structures. He is familiar with the entire spectrum of challenges in the HR environment and is therefore able to take on vacancies in HR/people management at any time. As a certified Agile HR Manager, he always pursues a holistic approach to HR development - with a keen eye for the key issues within HR processes and team set-up. He combines empathy with assertiveness and develops HR areas into a strategic role within the company.

As an honorary labor judge and member of a collective bargaining committee on the employer side, the interim manager has developed special skills in negotiating with employee representatives. This puts him in a position to make a significant contribution to the success of cost-cutting programs, even under complicated circumstances.

He took his first steps in the IT hardware sector, before moving on to his current role as an interim manager via management positions in public administration, the IT industry, the construction industry and the metal industry. In his previous roles - both in permanent employment and in the interim sector - the interim manager always had management responsibility for teams of at least ten members. Here, too, he demonstrated a clear view of the further development of teams through delegation, transfer of responsibility, feedback design and coaching.

In interim mandates, the HR expert most recently developed a remuneration system for industrial employees and was responsible for the development, elaboration and implementation of HR processes and HR key figures.
