The interim manager has acquired his professional foundation as a division manager, managing director and consultant. He has acquired extensive know-how in a wide variety of projects, including in all processes of mechanical and plant engineering. As a divisional and managing director, he was able to lead divisions and companies economically into the future and strategically position them on the market. He has experience in successful change and project management in the metal processing, plant engineering, automation, vehicle construction, joining technology and mechanical engineering sectors.
He sees himself as an innovative lateral thinker who is solution- and customer-oriented and has strategic and analytical skills as well as a strong cost awareness. His management style is decisive and pragmatic-situational, supported by respect, commitment and humor. His strengths include taking employees along with him in the change process and successfully completing projects as a strong team.
