His focus is on the operational HR business, but also on strategic HR work. Both as a permanent employee and as an interim manager, he is frequently involved in insourcing and outsourcing projects, including the associated due diligence.

The interim manager is able to structure projects quickly and work both strategically and operationally. His aim is to advise and support management in such a way that undesirable developments are recognized and avoided in good time, particularly in change management. He believes it is essential for companies to cultivate a culture of open and timely communication.
