She acts as HR business partner as well as personnel and organizational developer. A particular focus of her work is on redesigning sales and HR departments and aligning them with the corporate strategy. In doing so, she combines commercial objectives and HR strategy aspects to create a successful synergy.
In addition, the HR interim manager coaches young and experienced managers in change situations. And she is an expert on the topic of diversity: this applies to different cultures as well as different generations. In addition to workshops, she also offers keynote speeches.
Her personal strengths lie in a positive can-do attitude and networked, analytical thinking. Her credo: something must always be shaken up, something must change. With this enthusiasm, she takes employees with her on new paths. The concepts she develops are a constructive mixture of tradition and unusual new ideas, which always earns her the full support of the management. Both employees and managers appreciate her authentic, friendly manner. She is driven by the goal of improving the company's results by exploiting employee potential - in German, English, French and Dutch.
