The HR interim manager (born in 1964) has many years of experience in sales, purchasing and marketing of industrial goods as well as in personnel and organizational development. She had more than ten years of management responsibility in the chemical and steel industry as well as in medical technology. She provides results-oriented advice on all areas of personnel structure and talent development. As a project manager with strong implementation skills, she has already been successful in several transformation and change projects. She acts as HR business partner as well as personnel and organizational developer. A particular focus of her work is on redesigning sales and HR departments and aligning them with the corporate strategy. In doing so, she combines commercial objectives and HR strategy aspects to create a successful synergy.

In addition, the HR interim manager coaches young and experienced managers in change situations. And she is an expert on the topic of diversity: this applies to different cultures as well as different generations. In addition to workshops, she also offers keynote speeches.
