More about the interim manager

Since 2008, the experienced production and plant manager and quality manager has primarily supported companies in the manufacturing industry as a consultant and interim manager. He focuses on the responsible management of operational business, quality management and the technical, organizational and process-related optimization - from the rapid implementation of "low hanging fruit" to complex projects.

The interim manager has broad, interdisciplinary knowledge as a production technology engineer with a strong affinity for IT and ERP, as a quality engineer and REFA expert. Despite his knowledge of the details, he always keeps an eye on the entire process chain.

He involves employees from all areas as intensively as possible in change processes in order to increase acceptance and effectiveness. He encourages lateral thinking and has a talent for developing and implementing lean, efficient solutions within the team. His neutral and solution-oriented approach enables him to constructively question the status quo and facilitate new approaches. He is also confident in dealing with difficult situations.

The interim manager has an excellent technical and business background as well as good expertise in quality management. For more than 28 years, he has proven his skills from individual to series production in demanding industries. He is very IT-savvy and proficient in various ERP systems, such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.

In his first job, he took on responsibility for work preparation and quality management at an SME in the automation technology sector (five years). Among other things, he introduced the Baan ERP system and set up the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001. He then worked for a long time as a production and factory manager in the automotive electronics industry with good results. This was followed by the successful restructuring of an SME in switchgear construction in the energy technology sector as plant manager. Even during his missions as a senior manager, he placed a special focus on improvement and further development and was able to realize many positive innovations.
