More about the interim manager
The interim manager (born in 1972) combines extensive expertise in sales and product management: he has internalized both areas. In sales, the focus is often on short-term sales targets. In product management, on the other hand, sustainable, long-term strategies are required. The interim manager can resolve these conflicting goals and successfully bring both areas together.
He has many years of experience in sales, product management and executive management, including more than 20 years in management positions in the IT and software industry. He does not see himself as a consultant, but as a results-oriented doer who stays on board until the successful completion of his projects.
The interim manager has already been a business manager, division manager, sales manager and product strategist. He has successfully accompanied major change projects and product launches. He also coaches product managers and product owners and helps them to develop products in a customer-centric and agile way.
His motto: "If you want to achieve something you've never achieved before, you have to do something you've never done before." The interim manager wants to create opportunities, open up new perspectives and take people with him.
Both employees and managers appreciate his authentic, honest and friendly manner. As a member of the umbrella organization Deutsches Interim Management (DDIM), he is committed to the DDIM Code of Ethics.
