More about the interim manager

Operative HR work has been the profession of the interim manager for more than 25 years. He devotes particular attention to recruitment and recruiting. He enjoys working at the interface between managers looking for personnel, existing resources, tools and candidates (to be recruited) - even in a difficult market environment. He enjoys working in (international) teams, but can also manage quite well on his own for a while.

On the one hand, it is important to the Interim HR Manager to meet the needs of the searching teams and departments. On the other hand, they meet the candidates "at eye level" and take their development and wishes into account. For him, creating a positive "candidate experience" is not a buzzword, but the basis of his business.

The interim manager likes to work conceptually and strategically, but is also "hands-on" enough to implement the necessary measures himself - without a large back office. His core competencies are recruiting, HR processes and personnel development. He has a good basic knowledge of related areas such as employment law, works council work, social security law and payroll.

He learned his trade in a personnel services group that focused on the IT sector as a personnel consultancy and media agency. He has worked for both smaller companies and large corporations. He gained valuable experience in international recruiting during his many years working for a company in the European Space Agency (ESA) environment.

He follows current developments in recruiting, active sourcing and the relevant career and business platforms very closely and implements them optimally for his HR projects and clients.

The interim manager feels just as comfortable in discussions and negotiations at management level as he does in meetings at lower hierarchical levels. All topics and industries that have to do with information technology in the broadest sense are particularly appealing to him: this is certainly where he has the greatest expertise and many years of experience.

He is based in the Rhine-Main area - but project-related assignments throughout Germany are possible if they can be implemented with appropriate travel in terms of the task at hand.
