More about the interim manager

The interim manager works across all sectors as Head of HR, HR Manager and Global HR Business Partner. He has extensive experience in operational and strategic international HR work. He is used to working in international matrix structures, managing people across countries and developing teams. Due to his international activities, the interim manager not only has extensive know-how and best-practice experience. The interim manager has also built up a very extensive and resilient network, which he is happy to use for his clients, for example in the search for suitable candidates for HR management roles.

The focus of his work is the development and establishment of HR processes and the realignment of HR organizations. His work is always characterized by a consistent business focus and alignment with business requirements. Cooperation with works councils (works agreements, reconciliation of interests, social plans), employment law issues, personnel development and performance management are further focal points of the experienced HR manager.

The generalist HR interim manager has both strategic and operational experience. As a manager, he is assertive and goal-oriented, but at the same time is responsive to his team. His aim is to develop employees so that everyone is in the right place and can make the best possible use of their skills. At the same time, he wants to shape the team into a powerful force and drive it forward.

After studying business administration with a focus on human resources and a further degree in social sciences, he worked successfully for many years as an HR manager and global HR business partner. Stations included Siemens, Osram and TDK. Due to the technological and economic upheavals in these industries, he acquired extensive restructuring and change expertise.

In 2018, he set up his own business as an HR interim manager. Following his industry experience, he was able to experience exciting projects in other sectors such as tire retail and car service at Euromaster and the booming online trade at AO. It was always the changes and the people involved that made these projects exciting for him.
