More about the interim manager
The expert is an internationally experienced consultant and trainer for negotiation techniques. He advises and trains companies, freelancers and institutions that want to strengthen their negotiation skills in order to achieve better deals and maintain good long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders. He advises on issues relating to specific negotiations, coaches specialists and supports HR departments in anchoring negotiation skills in companies in the long term.
The expert has been successfully training negotiation techniques in SMEs and corporations in Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America for many years. He offers his training seminars both on-site and in the form of online seminars. He also advises specialists, managers and entrepreneurs and has been teaching negotiation techniques as a lecturer at the Ethics Center of the University of Jena since 2011. Due to his training and experience abroad, the interim manager has above-average intercultural expertise, particularly for Latin America, Asia and the USA. He offers his training courses in both German and English.
The expert has been self-employed since 1994. For 25 years, he was the owner and managing director of two successful publishing houses with more than 5,000 published titles. At the same time, he trained as a negotiation trainer and consultant in the USA with former lecturers from Harvard Law School and the Harvard Program on Negotiation. Previously, the graduate aerospace engineer (TU Munich and International Space University) worked as a consultant and research assistant, including at the TU Munich, MAN Technologie and NASA.
