The interim manager is an expert in the reorganization and realignment of medium-sized companies with a focus on plastics processing, coating and technical textiles. As an experienced business executive, the interim manager has repeatedly led companies out of crisis and made them sustainably successful with efficient process management. A particular focus is the introduction and improvement of Environmental Social and Governance (ESG). He integrates the relevant corporate duties for the environment, social affairs and management - without additional costs and positions.

The interim manager has more than 15 years of experience in the management of SMEs and corporate divisions as well as in production and plant management. With a doctorate in chemistry, he quickly familiarizes himself with processes and product environments with a great deal of expertise and experience. Thanks to his many years of management experience, he quickly recognizes weaknesses and potential. This enables him to develop needs-based, practicable solutions for production and company processes.

The interim manager has also held responsibility for subsidiaries abroad several times as a managing director with overall responsibility for larger corporate groups. Among other things, he was able to bring about turnarounds in the USA, China and Portugal and successfully complete M&A projects, post-merger integrations and restructurings. From these tasks, he brings with him a high level of intercultural competence, which additionally qualifies him for international assignments.

Due to numerous projects and further training in environmental management, the interim manager is comprehensively familiar with ESG requirements. He can prove that he successfully fulfills ESG requirements without creating parallel structures or inefficiencies.

Thanks to his expertise in procedural issues and broad management experience, the interim manager discusses with all levels at eye level in all phases of the mandate. He attaches particular importance to involving managers and staff at an early stage with proactive, comprehensive communication. In this way, he succeeds in reducing frictional losses and motivating employees to implement the project.
