More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an internationally experienced executive with expertise as a managing director in group companies in Germany, Iran, China, the United Arab Emirates, Canada and Austria in the mechanical and plant engineering sector (pump industry, plant engineering).
He advises and supports his clients as a generalist in all overarching CEO issues from corporate strategy to restructuring and turnaround. He has particular expertise in all CSO issues (sales, sales processes, KPIs, incentives). He focuses on the sustainable, market- and customer-oriented alignment of the sales organization, order processing and procurement.
His work is based on in-depth analyses and the resulting recommendations for action, which he implements pragmatically and "hands-on". His clear and convincing communication helps to successfully communicate even difficult changes and get those involved on board. Where necessary, he does not avoid difficult decisions and implements them swiftly. He is a strong implementer with a clear goal orientation and has a strong ambition to achieve agreed targets.
In the course of his professional development from sales engineer to Managing Director, Managing Director, Division Head and authorized signatory, he was responsible for up to 600 employees and 250 million euros in sales. He was also a member of the advisory boards of several Group companies.
After completing his engineering degree at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, he completed a one-year trainee program at KSB AG and then pursued his professional passion in sales. As General Manager, he built up the representation of a German company in Iran and then took over responsibility for a sales office in Beijing. As Managing Director, he took over the management of a manufacturing company in China in a critical situation, which he led to profitability in a difficult market environment.
As Managing Director, he managed a regional organization in the Middle East with three locations. He then took over a management position in Germany and later division management in the same group.
