More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an internationally experienced business graduate with extensive management experience. As an interim manager, he takes over the management of teams or business units to bridge vacancies and in times of restructuring or transformation. He successfully introduces new business models with great skill. He coaches teams during transformation projects and in the analysis and optimization of value chains.
After completing his business studies at Justus Liebig University in Giessen, his professional career began with a trainee programme at the MediaMarkt-Saturn Group. In his next position at Microsoft, he rose to become Head of Consumer Marketing EMEA in London. As a member of the EMEA Management Board, he was responsible for the marketing of all MSN services in EMEA. After ten years at Microsoft, the interim manager took on the CMO role at Cisco Germany. He then established the German start-up Experteer on the English market before returning to Germany in 2010.
After a further role as CMO for the Globus subsidiary AlphaTecc, he took the step into self-employment in 2012. In five years as an interim manager, he took on mandates for leading companies in the internet media, telecommunications, energy supply, retail and e-commerce sectors. After a further three-year permanent position at a private equity-invested e-learning company as CCO, he founded ReInvent GmbH, through which he now takes on interim and project mandates.
The interim manager pursues his tasks with a pronounced customer focus, which he sees as an essential basis for the sustainable success of business models. He is characterized by extraordinary commitment to all stakeholders involved (customers, team and client). He acts and leads teams driven by numbers and data. He inspires himself and others with innovative agile management methods (Srum, Kanban).
