More about the interim manager
The interim manager successfully supports companies in change processes: from strategy definition to strategy implementation. Companies generally initiate effective changes on the basis of projects, strategic initiatives or excellence programs. Many cross-divisional issues and problems need to be solved and processes, the organization, working methods and increasingly also the corporate culture (keyword: agility) need to be realigned with the customer. Implementing these changes with a high level of efficiency and at the same time with a high level of acceptance from the workforce - i.e. with head, heart and hand - is a particular strength of the interim manager.
The interim manager is an executive with 30 years of international professional experience, including around 20 years as a manager in corporations and medium-sized companies and around ten years in consulting. He has worked as Vice President at Deutsche Telekom and as a department and division manager in financial services companies such as Deutsche Bank and General Electric (GE Capital). He has worked in manufacturing companies (mechanical and plant engineering, high-tech industry, supplier industry) as well as in service companies such as telecommunications, financial services and ICT in Germany and abroad.
Due to his particular strength in organizational development, leadership and cross-cutting issues, the interim manager works on change, transformation and operational excellence mandates for various industries, including as a programme manager (PMO) and agile business coach. The interim manager is also in demand as a guest lecturer, author and speaker.
