More about the interim manager
The interim manager is experienced in working for large corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups. She takes on roles as Head of HR as well as the management of HR projects. She often works as an HR consultant in start-ups in particular. She has several years of international experience in operational and strategic HR work.
In addition to taking on HR manager roles on an ad hoc basis, her main focus is the development and expansion of talent management, both nationally and internationally. Her core competencies include the design and implementation of new HR tools (e.g. feedback systems, learning and development measures, retention programmes) as well as the optimization and digitalization of talent management, e.g. as part of an HR transformation, process digitalization or the introduction of individual digital applications, such as in recruiting, learning and performance management.
The interim manager has been working in HR interim management and HR consulting for ten years. Prior to that, she learned HR work "from the ground up" and used and expanded this experience in a management position as regional HR manager of an international consulting company at several locations in day-to-day business. International project work in the areas of applicant management, selection procedures, further training programs and employee retention was also part of her work during this time. Longer professional stays in the UK, Hungary and Sweden round off her intercultural profile.
Healthy pragmatism, a pronounced focus on results and a high level of emotional intelligence are key characteristics of the interim manager. Her aim is to enable innovations with a high quality aspect. She achieves this through the duality of her practical and research-based experience in talent management.
These qualities enable the interim manager to quickly build stable and trusting relationships with her clients, employees and colleagues. Her large international network testifies to the long-term resilience of these relationships, which are based on appreciation, empathy and support.
