The interim manager has worked on projects in the automotive and supplier industry in Brazil and Argentina for more than 20 years. As Director of Human Resources and Organization at a mechanical engineering company in Brazil and in international projects, he made a significant contribution to the new and further development of modern HR management structures, processes and systems. The interim manager strengthened his international orientation in activities for various branches of American corporations. He was responsible for HR management at a total of eleven locations in five Latin American countries.

Since 2015, he has primarily focused on advising on HR issues: from employer branding, recruiting and the development of management concepts that meet requirements to the operational assumption of management tasks and the active design of efficient systems and processes.

The interim manager's focus is on the strategic and targeted alignment of business and HR processes. He benefits from his extensive experience as a management consultant and HR manager, as well as his work in an international context. Against the backdrop of increasingly complex and constantly changing conditions, the interim manager particularly enjoys working in organizations that want to make their structures, processes and systems flexible, modern and adaptable - both within the HR department and in business.

The interim manager is characterized by a strong multicultural background, which allows him to mediate between worlds. He is confident in dealing with people from different cultural and socio-demographic backgrounds. His multilingual skills (German, English, Portuguese, Spanish, French) make his work much easier.

At the same time, the interim manager has a very solid foundation of knowledge, methods and procedures, which he is constantly expanding. Together with his openness and communication skills, this makes him an influencer, innovator and reliable sparring partner.

In his dealings with employees, the interim manager is demanding and appreciative. His credo is that everyone in the team can contribute to the success of an organization as long as the manager provides the right support and creates the right conditions for top performance.
