The interim manager works in large-scale, global and local change processes to increase the performance of departments and companies as well as in the professionalization and training of managers to increase leadership performance.

One focus is on the transformation of business units to flexible organizational models using agile methods and participation processes. The interim manager supports companies from strategic implementation through to the adaptation of corporate communication, culture, structures and processes to individual change requirements.

In her time as a freelancer, the interim manager has been responsible for numerous strategic transformation projects since 2020 and has taken on temporary management roles. Prior to this, she worked internally at SAP for 13 years as a division and department manager in the areas of change leadership and organizational development.

The range of services she offers includes interim management transformation, change management mandates, support for post-merger integrations and restructuring in Germany and abroad. She is also in demand as an agile business coach and expert for the professionalization and training of managers.

Her assignments take place globally and locally in the IT sector, in manufacturing companies (automotive, supplier industry) and in service companies such as telecommunications, the consumer goods industry and in the energy and healthcare sectors. The interim manager is characterized by her interdisciplinary and strategic understanding as well as her customer-oriented perspective. Clients appreciate her team-oriented, creative and solution-oriented approach as well as her ability to provide orientation and security in times of change and transformation.
