Since 2013, the interim manager has been supporting well-known companies such as Tesla and PremierFarnell as a recruiting partner or interim HR manager. In addition to recruiting, his services focus on personnel development, project management, process optimization, IT and system adjustments, employer branding, employee retention and employee engagement.

The interim manager holds a degree in economics with a focus on business informatics and also has qualifications as a Systemic Coach (DVNLP), Corporate Happiness Expert and Lego Serious Play Facilitator.

At the beginning of his career, he worked for two years as a management consultant in the travel and transport sector. There he supported projects such as process cost optimization and continuous improvement programs (CIP) in transport units of the navy as well as process cost calculations for the IT unit of an airline. He then worked for four years in the Lufthansa Group and as part of a start-up spin-off in a joint venture between Lufthansa and Deutsche Post. He was responsible for an e-procurement solution, first as product manager, then as project manager and later as manager and authorized signatory for sales and implementation of this SaaS solution.

He worked for seven years as an associate consultant and later as a partner and shareholder in a management consultancy specializing in the banking sector. Among other things, he worked as a project and sub-project manager for banking projects. This included tasks such as designing and testing banking software for the establishment of branches of a foreign bank at various European locations and sub-project management for the telephone banking channel as part of the conversion of banking IT to a multi-channel architecture (service-oriented architectures - SOA) at one of the largest German banks.

In 2004, he founded a start-up for e-recruiting and personnel consulting. At the same time, he worked as a consultant for clients in IT, automotive, digital agencies and tax consultancies.
