More about the interim manager

The interim manager is an expert in quality, supplier and complaints management. His industry focus is on the metal and plastics processing industry, the automotive industry and medical technology. In numerous projects in Europe, he has not only continuously developed his technical expertise, but has also acquired and deepened comprehensive intercultural skills. The interim manager takes over the management of departments for quality, supplier or complaints management as well as individual projects. He also acts as a trainer in the field of quality management.

In one of his most recent mandates, the expert was able to reduce the complaint rate at a company in the metal industry by more than 20 percent. In another mandate, he took over supplier management at a medical technology company that had been dormant for months. Within a very short space of time, he succeeded in taking suppliers to a new level and optimizing the manufacturer's complaints management.

Full-blooded quality manager and experienced supplier developer

The interim manager is a full-blooded technician: as a toolmaker and with a degree in international industrial engineering, he decided to become self-employed in 2015 in order to be able to operate internationally as a management consultant in quality management. This allowed him to pursue his passion for getting to know other countries. Since then, he has worked on projects in Europe.

The interim manager is Austrian and works from Vienna. With his proactive and appreciative manner, he is ideally placed to take along those involved at all levels of management. His background also makes it easy for him to engage in productive discussions with employees in production.
