More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in transport and warehouse logistics. The business economist and certified transport manager takes on cross-industry mandates with medium-sized companies and corporations in the manufacturing industry and with logistics service providers. In one of his projects as Supply Chain Improvement Manager for a large automotive supplier, the current interim manager (since 2022) developed a new warehouse organization for an automotive company and was able to reduce the order backlog by 90 percent within a short period of time.
