Previously, he worked as a project manager and deputy managing director. The interim manager has more than 25 years of professional experience in the automotive supplier industry, primarily in plant engineering and toolmaking.

His strengths are best utilized as a plant or production manager. He is decisive, resilient and creative. Even under difficult conditions, he keeps his eye on the goal. This also applies when "unpleasant decisions" have to be made.
