The interim manager is an expert in the optimization and digitalization of purchasing and logistics in the automotive industry. As an experienced CPO of a leading tier 1 manufacturer of technical textiles, he has extensive knowledge and experience in the realignment and stabilization of purchasing and logistics processes.

He has successfully managed international projects, including the organization of logistics at a site in England and Sardinia and the optimization of the logistics processes of a Tier 1 in the USA. He also has experience in the global sourcing of components, including on-site supplier qualification.
