More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in the content and organizational development of HR work in large medium-sized companies and corporate divisions, particularly in the retail sector. Above all, the HR expert with an MBA (Marketing) knows how to realign or develop HR areas as an HR business partner. He also takes on strategic projects with a focus on organizational development and (international) HR development - from talent management to executive coaching.
In his most recent projects, for example, the interim manager reorganized a business unit of a medical device manufacturer with 1,000 employees, filled and developed the management positions and initiated a cultural change process. In another project, he made a significant contribution to retaining high-potential employees in the company through transparent talent management and thus simultaneously ensuring succession planning in management positions.
Experienced in international (corporate) cooperation
The interim manager's clients benefit from his diverse HR project experience in internationally active companies such as the DIY chain OBI and the car rental company Sixt.
In Eastern Europe, for example, he closely supported the introduction of assessment centers in Romania, Bulgaria, Poland and Croatia. In the process, 150 high-potential employees were identified for the client. In another project, he designed and implemented workshops for leadership change in the Southern and Western European branches of an international group.
Clients, managers and teams appreciate the interim manager's high level of consulting expertise. He has further developed his excellent communication skills by training as a systemic business coach. This helps him to resolve conflicts sustainably - whether with individuals, in teams or across hierarchical levels. Due to his career - from HR manager to board level - he is also confident at all levels.
