More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an expert in the management of complex IT and software projects. At the interface between business and tech, he supports companies from planning and controlling requirements and product management to managing software development, testing and implementation. The other focus is on scaling and professionalizing young companies, which is a common thread running through his CV.
In one of his most recent mandates, the interim manager led the integration and end-to-end testing of new software for an e-mobility service provider. Prior to that, he supported a development service provider in the design of a Covid test app by managing feature requests and mockups. In another mandate, he led an initiative to increase margins through product-side adjustments at a sports aggregator scale-up.
Before starting his own business at the beginning of 2020, he scaled the on-demand ridepooling scale-up CleverShuttle from 6,000 to 60,000 rides per month as Head of Corporate Development by building new SaaS business areas and improving processes and organizational structures. He then helped build up the parking and charging verticals of the BMW Daimler Mobility joint venture.
Digital native with Agile Scrum Master and ITIL Foundation certification
As a digital native (born in 1989), the interim manager has a high affinity for technology and regularly undergoes further training, including Agile Scrum Master and ITIL Foundation certification. His clients also benefit from the expertise he gained as a strategy consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants in classic strategy and due diligence projects. Skills that he subsequently developed further in the Berlin start-up scene.
Thanks to his repeated collaboration with foreign project and development teams and a total of two years spent abroad in Portugal and the USA, the interim manager is familiar with the international set-ups typical of IT and software.
As an attentive listener who always communicates authentically and respectfully, he quickly builds up very trusting relationships at eye level - with stakeholders at all management levels on the business and tech side. This makes it easier for him to successfully coordinate even large and challenging projects and - if the worst comes to the worst - to successfully moderate conflicts. Thanks to his start-up socialization, he also works very hands-on and is always ready to roll up his sleeves and get stuck in.
