The interim manager is an expert in the management of complex large-scale IT projects in the financial sector. This includes, for example, trading platforms and payment systems with particularly high data volumes. She combines excellent expertise in complex financial processes with a deep understanding of IT projects and methods. With these skills, she has repeatedly made a significant contribution to ensuring large IT migrations for complex payment services without interrupting operations.
In one of her most recent projects, she led a team that introduced new accounting processes for a system with more than 110 million financial transactions in 126 currencies. Prior to that, she was responsible for successfully converting a currency trading product with a gross revenue of 480 million dollars to a new operational system as Business Service Owner.
Designing business processes in large private equity and listed companies
Before becoming self-employed (since 2023), the interim manager was, among other things, project manager and department head (Director, Finance) at the large corporation Worldpay. She has repeatedly introduced or expanded important components of large ERP and payment transaction systems and redesigned business processes in large private equity and listed companies.
