More about the interim manager
As an independent entrepreneur with a corporate background, the interim manager seeks mandates as managing director or project manager at corporations or large SMEs that want to develop new business areas, integrate start-ups and/or scale existing business models (scale-ups). He also offers his clients comprehensive marketing expertise. As a long-standing senior product manager at a German brand group as well as a managing director and company founder, he knows all the ins and outs of brand and product positioning.
The entrepreneur and marketing lecturer has been working independently as an interim manager and marketing consultant since mid-2025. Until 2024, he was responsible for an innovative start-up in the field of vertical farming for the Miele Group, initially as Director of the product division and later as CEO of the start-up. There, he managed the complete integration process into the Group and was subsequently responsible for the orderly liquidation after the unrealized sales process. Prior to this, he worked for ten years as Senior Product Manager for Miele large kitchen appliances. During this time, he repeatedly played a key role in the development and implementation of brand and product campaigns.
In addition to his work for the Miele Group, the interim manager has also set up his own start-up for artist supplies. This entrepreneurial activity has given him first-hand knowledge of the requirements of founding, scaling and operational management. The company is now so well established and consolidated that he is available full-time for interim mandates in addition to his role as managing partner.
The interim manager's clients benefit from his diverse operational experience in working with corporate structures and start-up dynamics. He combines extensive practical experience with a solid academic foundation. He is continuously expanding his marketing expertise as a lecturer at a university. In addition, the industrial clerk with an MBA is currently training in personnel management and conflict management.
