The interim manager has been working successfully as COO, plant and production manager on a temporary basis since 2007. Prior to this, he was COO and deputy managing director for many years. He has more than 25 years of management experience at executive and divisional manager level in leading, internationally active companies in the metal and electrical industry with many years of experience in production and logistics, supply chain and quality management.
The interim manager with strong implementation skills is able to increase productivity in plants through process optimization using lean management methods such as KAIZEN and CIP. He is goal- and solution-oriented, decisive, resilient and creative.
