More about the interim manager
The interim manager is an experienced HR manager in the SME sector. With her broad range of operational HR skills, she seeks mandates as an interim HR manager. On the other hand, she has particular expertise in the field of specialist recruitment. Whether growth industries such as telecommunications, e-mobility and transport or niches with particularly tight personnel markets such as space & defense or medical technology: she finds the right specialists.
The interim manager not only uses her industry knowledge and good instinct for the right selection of specialists and managers as well as her expertise in active sourcing, effective recruitment and effective onboarding processes to find new employees, but also to integrate them into the company in the long term. Other strengths of the interim manager include concepts for training and further education, in particular for the introduction of dual studies, and programs for company health management.
Before the interim manager went freelance in 2021, she managed the HR department of a medium-sized sales company with 140 employees for almost ten years. During this time, in addition to operational HR work and recruiting projects, she was also responsible for the ongoing digitalization of HR processes. This included, for example, the introduction of SAGE Time Management and an employee portal as well as the HR suite from Haufe Umantis for recruiting, performance management and bonus accounting.
The interim manager works in a target and results-oriented manner. She sees HR in the role of a business partner. Whether internally or externally, she treats employees and clients as equals - competently, with commitment and reliability. She is an empathetic HR manager and leads her teams cooperatively by involving, encouraging and challenging them - and giving them the freedom to develop independently.
Because of her positive attitude and outstanding adaptability, both managers and employees enjoy working with her.
