More about the interim manager
PowerPoints are not her thing: this HR interim manager likes to get to the point quickly. Her analyses are precise, and she outlines her solutions concisely and convincingly - sometimes handwritten on a simple sheet of paper. When it comes to implementation, she does not retreat into management, but actively accompanies those involved every step of the way to a successful solution. Her openness and honesty create the trust needed to win over organizations and people for new perspectives through restructuring and coaching.
The HR interim manager has been working in HR for more than 25 years, 17 of them as HR manager, mainly in medium-sized industrial companies. In her roles, she has always had overall responsibility for all HR processes, including payroll accounting.
Her wealth of experience includes extensive experience in special topics such as business transfers, restructuring, downsizing measures and collective bargaining. She has in-depth knowledge of employment law. Further training as a mediator and in change management enhance her qualifications.
One of the HR interim manager's main focuses is payroll accounting, in particular the SAP HCM system. She has successfully completed several projects in this segment (introduction, carve-in, carve-out). In addition, she has excellent knowledge of tax and social security law as well as related areas such as time management and travel expenses law.
Thanks to her many years of experience, she recognizes weaknesses and problems immediately and finds practical solutions. She actively implements these solutions with a pronounced "hands-on mentality".
