The interim manager specializes in the successful recruitment of expert and management functions up to C-level roles as well as succession consulting. Another focus of his work is employer branding: he uses modern HR marketing tools and active sourcing approaches to identify candidates - and increases the attractiveness of his clients by consistently focusing on a candidate journey that leads to successful recruitment. In restructuring, he provides support with his many years of experience as an expert in professional separation management and as an executive placement consultant.

As an independent interim manager and HR consultant, the recruiting expert has successfully filled more than 100 commercial and technical vacancies in SMEs and corporations since 2005. In his most recent mandate, he set up a modern HR management system for a medium-sized service provider, optimizing recruiting and implementing professional HR tools. He also successfully filled various vacancies. Prior to this, the interim manager was responsible for personnel development and separation management as part of a personnel restructuring program at the subsidiary of a German DAX-listed company in a longer mandate until the end of 2022. Prior to that, he managed the implementation of a volunteer programme as part of a reorganization at an automotive supplier (Tier 1). In 2019, he optimized the recruiting processes for a globally positioned medium-sized mechanical engineering company and played a key role in modernizing the company's HR work.
