The business graduate has more than 20 years of professional experience in strategic and operational HR work and has been working as an HR interim manager and coach since 2016. He bridges management vacancies in international corporations as well as small and medium-sized companies and leads temporary HR projects to success. He is equally at home in the service sector as he is in the production environment.

He has proven expertise in the development and redesign of (HR) organizations as well as in the analysis and optimization of HR processes. In addition to the strategic conceptual design of HR marketing, talent management programs and personnel development measures, he also supports company transitions, integration and personnel change processes. He himself held positions with HR responsibility for many years and now coaches young and experienced managers in change situations.
