More about the interim manager
Change management, complex special projects as well as operational and conceptual HR management inspire the interim manager. Her expertise lies in the professional and systematic further development of the HR department, in strategic personnel development, the integration of acquired companies (cultural, professional) and in the HR-side implementation of management systems. She is highly skilled in negotiating with works councils and trade unions. She knows how to de-escalate problematic situations in a results-oriented manner. She naturally also manages her projects in English.
Since 2010, she has been offering her support as an HR interim manager and business coach. Her clients value her extensive experience, her empathy and her solid specialist knowledge. In her work, she is primarily guided by two questions: What suits the company and its culture? And how can a good positioning of the HR department effectively contribute to achieving the company's goals? The answers to these questions lead her interim mandates to proposed solutions that suit the client.
The interim manager lives in Cologne, plays the drums in a samba group and supports the great heroines of our society (in her view): the mothers in the children's villages.
