Some of his successful projects include the short-term doubling of production as technical manager for a medium-sized company in the agitator and mixing technology sector and the establishment of delivery capability in a crisis as Business Manager Germany for a leading vehicle manufacturer as part of business process outsourcing for digital marketing. For a global software manufacturer for digital marketing and customer experience, he established the European sales manager role and significantly increased incoming orders with his team. in 2019, he led the successful turnaround to growth for a Swiss family-owned company in the metal cutting fluid sector.
